To kick off the enrollment process, an employee just needs to fill out their family health profile on Gravie’s online platform with each family member’s age and health concerns, select preferred providers and share other preferences. Based on those selections, our intuitive platform will provide a short, up-to-the-minute list of available plans from our carrier partners that best fit the individual family’s needs and budget, making it easier to shop and compare plans at a glance. Our Gravie Care® team is also standing by to answer more complex health plan questions that may arise. Once an individual selects a specific plan, if they choose an Easy Enroll plan, they’re just one click away from enrolling automatically — and Gravie handles the rest.
Employers get an upgraded experience too. With Gravie ICHRA, they can go beyond the two to three plan options they might offer with a traditional group benefit, and instead offer employees a whole ecosystem of coverage options tailored to their individual needs.
