Chief Human Resources Officer

About Rebecca

Rebecca is Gravie’s Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. Since joining the company in 2022, Rebecca has led the development and rollout of key initiatives such as a compensation strategy, talent development program, and recruiting and onboarding processes. These have all proven critical to Gravie’s accelerated growth, including its relocation to a new, 27,000-square foot headquarters in Northeast Minneapolis in 2023 and the opening of a second location in Bloomington, MN in 2024.

Prior to joining Gravie, Rebecca spent 8 years at Lyman Doran, a Minneapolis-based professional services firm that provides executive search and leadership consulting services to privately held companies and nonprofits, where she was promoted to Senior Vice President. More recently, she founded her own consultancy, Nash Executive Search & Consulting, providing full-cycle search services for high-growth companies and advising executives on everything from recruitment strategy to organizational design, talent development and succession planning.

Outside of Gravie, Rebecca’s care and commitment have been equally evident in her community efforts. As the first development committee chair of Teach for America’s Twin Cities region, she played a key role in raising fundraising expectations for board members which increased funding and led to a significant transformation for the organization. After the sudden passing of her nephew in 2022, she has supported the BeLikeTommy Project as a committee member, volunteer and donor. The foundation was created in memory of her nephew to raise awareness and funding for Sudden Cardiac Arrest. Rebecca lives with her husband and three children in Minnetonka.
